Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

Shipping Charges: Shipping is completely free for all orders across India.
Delivery Method: All Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) and related products are delivered through secure courier partners or electronically (for e-sign services).
Delivery Time:
- USB Token & Physical Items: Usually delivered within 5–7 working days after order confirmation.
- Digital Signature Certificates (Paperless): Issued within 1–2 working hours after successful verification.
Order Tracking: Customers will receive tracking details via email/SMS once the product is dispatched.

Digital Products (e.g., DSC):
As these are digital/cryptographic certificates issued after verification, returns are not applicable once the certificate has been issued.
Physical Products (e.g., USB Tokens):
Returns are accepted only in case of defective or damaged products received.
- Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo/video proof.
- Product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are applicable only if:
- The order is canceled before processing/verification.
- The application is rejected by the Certifying Authority (CA).
- The product is defective and cannot be replaced.
Non-Refundable:
- Fees paid for successfully issued Digital Signature Certificates.
- Any government or statutory charges.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Orders for DSC can be cancelled only before verification and processing begins.
Once the application is under processing or DSC has been issued, cancellation is not possible.
USB token orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed, but defective units can be replaced as per the return policy.
